Re: Jake Hyde

Well rest assured he won’t be signing for Sutton, unless he just wants to play away games only - minus appearing at Bromley and Harrogate of course.

Re: New Woking FC Twitter colour scheme

There have never been any hard and fast rules on how the Woking shirt should be presented, but predominantly from 1887 to present day our shirts have been harlequin, i.e. alternate cardinal and white front and back halved shirts with “dark” (note not black) shorts and socks, with there being a sligh...

Joking apart, WBC have already attempted that a few years ago.

Re: A Personal Statement from the Chairman

Apparently hot news just in from the Planet Morales states that EVERY occupant of the proposed flats would have had at least 6 parcels delivered a day, when you factor in the multiple single Mums all loaded up with THREE kids not being able to negotiate the lifts and stairs to the Medical Centre, sh...

Re: Woking FC pictures and Krusty!

You’re not talking about this one from 1992 Flakey? It shows a load of fresh faced Aldershot FC fans attending Ian McDonald’s Testimonial played at Kingfield just after the first time they went bust?

Relegated by artificial means, not over yet, blah blah blah says Wallace.

They won three games all season, embarrassing.

Woking FC pictures and Krusty!

I’ve been trusted with the club’s old photo archive, it covers from 1991 to 2003 and have been sharing them gradually on Twitter and Facebook. Today I discovered one from Woking v Geoff Chapple’s Kingstonian on Boxing Day 2000 which featured the stewarding legend that was Krusty! Does anyone have an...

Re: Dear Rosemary

So, does anyone know when are the Football League going to decide on Macclesfield's possible fine/point deduction?

I've been holding the sting on my Party Popper (not a euphemism) for nearly a week now and I'm getting pins and needles waiting for the correct decision on the Scummers.

Re: Woking FC Board update – The Woking Community Stadium

I think it's because Henry George Wells was apparently a MASSIVE fan of the eugenics.

To be fair, I'm not that keen on the works of Dave Stewart and Annie Lennox myself like.

Joking apart, some plum has set up one of those dopey online petitions to have WBC remove the statue of HG Wells from outside McClaren in the town.

Re: Scott Rendell Released

I liked Kevin James, he played against us for Nottingham Forest when we beat them in the LDV Trophy. Didn’t he then sign for Crawley Town, scoring against us, but didn’t celebrate his goal in front of the KRE?

Re: Scott Rendell Released

Good luck to him wherever he goes, if clubs at the time wanted to pay well over the odds to procure his signature, then so be it. I do feel that the I have to look after the interests of my young family statement was highly amusing at the time though, considering he’d been bollock deep in barmaids. ...
