Re: Three Rules...

Why does he NEED to own the shares? He doesn't to facilitate anything to do with the development. So we do need to ask WHY especially now he made it very clear he "has no interest in football".

Re: Fans’ Forum on Woking Community Stadium

In the club yes. Not of the freehold of the whole site when complete. I think he has already acquired the majority shares in the club... Wait, Gold owns the club??? He has bought Peter Jordan's shares yes. This came out a while ago though that it was going to happen. Not a surprise, maybe the fact ...

Re: Fans’ Forum on Woking Community Stadium

IIRC Woking Borough Council will own the freehold of the stadium and residential (I think) and lease the stadium back to the Club for £1 a year on a 225 year lease. I think an earlier poster said that Wayne Gold will be majority shareholder; is that not correct then? In the club yes. Not of the fre...

Re: Fans’ Forum on Woking Community Stadium

Wayne came across pretty well even if he didn't really answer my question about why he wants to own the majority of shares, sadly I think I know the answer by his reply. Was ridiculed by some and applauded by others. He was right, considering we're supposedly 6 months from initial application the d...

A 10,000 ground would look daft with 2000 rattling around in it. And as we know, empty grounds are expensive to maintain

Was Mr Shatwell there? , I bet he's foaming at the mouth over this

Re: Fans’ Forum on Woking Community Stadium

He hasn’t spent £2.5m yet, that was his estimate of total cost to get to a full planning submission for everything. I think spend to date was £300k. He said his spend to-date was £700k. Working for a Planning Consultancy dealing with large-scale residential development as I do, the couple of planne...

Re: Dulwich Arrangements Tickets etc

I thought I'd head on over to the Dulwich forum then and read up on what all these comments are referring to. WTF. I am stifling the giggles at work reading some of their posts less someone thinks I'm sitting at my desk finally losing it. Are this lot for real?!

Re: How Much Would You Pay For a ST Next Season?

I think the Club have set a precedent so if we don't go up it has to be £99 to keep sales up. If we go up, I think you could get away with charging £150 each but not much more
