Re: Thoughts?

The issue is less about the trains being up the swanny and more about Dover's refusal of Barrow's offer to start whenever they got there, to put on a coach, to pay for taxis, to sort a hotel, or to send them back on the Supporters coach. Basically, they couldn't be arsed.

Re: Yeovil Town 3 - 1 Woking | Match Highlights

Agree with most of this. The first goal is a complete shambles and the third is an embarrassment. The penalty is identical to the Meite one not given. No wonder Barnesy threw his programme at the lino because as you say, never ever got anything right for and against us. Tarpey's left leg is clipped ...

Re: WFC TV | Yeovil Town 3 - 1 Woking | Interviews

It certainly didn't sound like a 3-0 hiding at half time - it sounded like we played well for the most part of the first half, but in the last 7/8 minutes wrapped up the game and presented it to them. No shame in conceding to Yeovil, but when you give away a pen that sounded avoidable, get beaten t...

Re: Get Surrey: Let's allow Woking boss Alan Dowson to do his job while we enjoy the ride

I generally enjoy reading Clive's articles and this is no exception. I can't but feel however that the exact knicker-wetting that Clive refers to amongst a small minority is being matched by this gristly, knee-jerk article. To comment on one thing in particular: Wrexham are languishing. Which is exa...

Re: Wrexham Post-Match Thread

So how do you explain that when Hodges came on, he seemed to find more space than Edser and Ferdinand also seemed to turn into a midfielder capable of playing a forward pass? Is that all due to Meite? Or do you think we need both Hodges and Edser for it to work? Genuine question because the change ...

Re: Minor Drink-Fuelled Rant

I agree with the overall sentiment categorically. In the first half yesterday some dullard shouted "CLOSE HIM DOWN WOKING FOR GOD'S SAKE!" as a Wrexham centre half generally went nowhere 40 yards from his own goal. It's bizarre really. The only thing that gets me on the back of players is when they'...

The lowest ranked team in the competition, at home, in every round. Then a premier league team at home in R3.

You know you don't have to go yeah?

In fact, for the remaining 16 home games - I'll pay you £18 a game not to attend or post on this forum as clearly it annoys you so much.
